No he recibido el pedido correctamente, hay un cuadro duplicado y falta una lĂĄmina, y los marcos no son los que aparecen en la imagen de la web. He pedido que me envĂen los marcos correctos y dicen que los marcos de la web son sĂłlo de exposiciĂłn, que los que venden son los sencillos, pero esto no lo indican en ningĂșn lado. Pido devoluciĂłn del producto, por no corresponderse con la descripciĂłn de lo que he comprado, y me dicen que debo pagar yo los gastos de envĂo a ITALIA... cuando es un fallo de su web que no explican que el marco que compras no es el de la foto.
