At Wallify Studio, your satisfaction is our priority.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging is required
  • Proof of purchase is needed

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

Just contact us within a few days of delivery with a photo, and we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

Your experience matters to us, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

European Union – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 14 days, for any reason.

The item must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Digital Products

Because digital products are instantly accessible, they are non-refundable once downloaded.

However — if you experience any issue (wrong file, access problem, duplicate order), just contact us.

We’ll always do our best to find a fair solution 🤍

Cancellations

Physical Products

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.

After that, production begins, as each item is made-to-order.

Digital Products

Orders cannot be cancelled once access to the files has been provided.
