Orders

How can I check if my order was placed successfully?

If the order has not yet gone into production, we can update your details. If printing or shipping has already started, any additional costs due to incorrect information will be your responsibility.

Can you exchange items?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Canceling the order before production starts

You can cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of purchase, provided the item is not already in production. After that window, the cancellation cannot always be guaranteed.

Modifying an order after checkout

We cannot modify confirmed orders. If you need to make a change, you must cancel within the allowed time and place a new order with the correct details.

What if an item becomes out of stock after I have ordered?

We will inform you promptly if a product you ordered is no longer available.

You will have the following options:

  • Wait for restock (we will give you an estimated timeline if available),
  • Substitute the item with an equivalent alternative,
  • Receive a partial or full refund for the unavailable item.

If you do not receive any communication within a reasonable timeframe, please send us your order number: we will assist you immediately.

Gift cards

Purchase: choose the amount and complete your payment. The digital gift card will be emailed to you (or the recipient). Remember to check spam/junk folders.
As a gift: you can forward the email to the recipient or print the code yourself.
To use it: during checkout or in the cart, insert the gift card code in the "Gift card / discount code" field.
Check remaining balance: add a product to your cart and enter the gift card code to see what credit remains.
If you have not received the email or the code doesn’t work, please contact us with purchase details—we will regenerate and re-send the gift card.

Printable Digital Art (Instant Download)

What it is: downloadable high-resolution files delivered immediately after payment; no physical shipping involved.

How to print & frame:

1. Download the file
You will receive, via email, a link to download your high-resolution digital file. Save the file to your computer or device; avoid judging print quality on your phone screen alone.

2. Select the desired size
Choose the size that best suits your printing project from the list of available formats.

3. Submit the file to a print shop
Use an online or local print shop. When ordering, provide:

  • the selected size
  • your preferred finish (matte is recommended)
  • the paper weight (grammage)
  • whether you want a white border included

4. Framing (optional)
If you want the artwork ready to display, choose a compatible frame or use a professional framing service.

5. Hanging the artwork
Install your artwork using hardware (hooks, screws, anchors, brackets) suitable for the weight and wall type (e.g. solid brick, drywall, wood).

Physical Products (Printed Items)

Posters:
Printed on high-quality matte paper, resistant to fading. If you want the poster already in a frame, choose the “Framed Poster” option; otherwise, frames are sold separately. White borders shown in previews are part of the design and included in the final dimensions.

Frames:
Made from certified wood, available in white, black, or natural finishes. Uses acrylic glazing for safety and durability. Hang via back hooks in either vertical or horizontal orientation.

Canvases:
Made from a sturdy textile blend, with a slim profile. Available in various sizes as listed above. Suitable for hanging; large canvases may require more robust mounting hardware.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

The dispatch takes place via the parcel service GLS. We offer delivery to your home address.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping when the order meets the conditions displayed at checkout.

Delivery Method

  • Physical products: shipped by courier directly to the address provided.
  • Digital products: delivered instantly via email download link; no physical shipping required.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

You can also track your order directly on our website by entering your order number and email address, or using the carrier’s tracking code provided in the email.

Separate Shipments for On-Demand Items

Certain items — such as canvases or made-to-order prints — may ship separately from other products.

This means you could receive multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

If part of your order is missing, check for an additional shipment before contacting us.

If you didn’t receive a second tracking link, please let us know and we’ll assist you.

Tracking Delays

Occasionally, tracking updates may pause for 4–5 business days while the parcel is processed within the courier’s network.

This is normal and does not indicate a lost shipment.

If tracking shows no movement for longer than expected, contact our support team — we’ll check with the carrier on your behalf.

Pickup Point and Home Delivery

Some on-demand or special items can only be delivered to your home address, even if you selected a pickup point at checkout.

If this occurs and you were not notified, contact us so we can confirm the delivery details and assist you.

“Delivered” but Package Not Received

If tracking indicates “Delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel:

  1. Check with neighbours or building reception.
  2. Look for delivery photos or notes in the tracking page.
  3. If the package still cannot be found, contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Missed Deliveries or Refused Packages

The courier will make multiple delivery attempts.

If the package is returned to us because it was not collected or refused, you will need to place a new order to receive your items.

Please note that previous discounts or promo codes may not apply to the new order.

Returns & Claims

Physical Products - Returns & Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 4 hours if printing has not started.


After production begins, returns are accepted only for items that are defective or incorrect.

If your product is wrong or damaged, please send us clear photos + your order number; we will either replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Digital Products - Refund Policy

Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded.


If you did not receive the files, or the files are corrupted/unusable, contact us: we will resend or correct the files at no extra cost.

Complaints / Issue Reporting

Please send us your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if relevant.


We will review your case and assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

For best results, report issues within approximately 30 business days of delivery (physical items) or download (digital items).

Payments & Refunds

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (where available), and PayPal.

Refunds

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. The exact time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Currency Selection

At checkout you can select your preferred currency, which helps you understand the total cost in your local currency before placing the order.
